We are voting for two (2) Board Positions from 10/04/25 through 10/14/25
How to Vote
- An email or text (or both) will be sent to the authorized voter's email and/or text on file. Follow the secure link you received via email or text. The link is the same even if you receive both.
- Log into app.easyhoa.com and select “Surveys/Voting” on the left. If you own multiple properties, click “Go to Unit” to bring up the sidebar. You may have to check all your properties to see which has the voting right. Or contact the office.
- If you did not receive a link and are unable to access EasyHOA, please stop by the office for assistance.
Other Voting Information
- Voting will be conducted electronically now through October 14, 2025. Our goal is to move toward a paperless process for clearer, faster communication.
- There is only one vote per owner, regardless of joint ownership or number of lots owned. Each lot has a primary owner. Only one lot owned by the primary owner is eligible for a vote. An email and/or text message (if on file) will be sent to the owner of this lot for voting purposes.
- The two candidates with the highest number of votes will be elected. In the event of a tie, a runoff election will be held from October 15 through October 17.
- Ballots will be tallied on October 15 (and again on the 18th, if necessary). Results will be announced during the Annual Meeting on October 18th.
- Due to the background check requirement, write-in candidates will not be accepted.
